Our Story

How it all started...

John 3:16 Church was born in an upper room (literally) just like the beginning of the Early Church in the book of Acts. As we like to say, two ordinary believers with faith that could move the mountains, were called to preach the good news to the flock they were already leading unknowingly, and they said yes.  They had faith that produced obedience, they had passion that produced unity and they had love that mirrored the Agape love of the Father.

Pastor Arman has been witnessing and preaching to the world outside with his life and walk.  His changed life of who he was and who he is has been glorifying God every step of the way.  His amazing transformation from the world to the Kingdom of God speaks volumes on the Saving Grace of our God.

While Pastor Arman is in the background leading and providing for the church, Pastor Silvia, however has been in the front lines preaching the good news to the church.  Nothing about her calling came easy, as she had to battle gender roles and norms in the Armenian culture.  Women were not allowed to have a platform to spread the good news, even though the one who gave the greatest news in history was Mary proclaiming to the disciples that HE HAD
RISEN!

As one of the very 1st Armenian women to preach, Pastor Silvia was not always easily accepted, even though the Holy Spirit was doing mighty works through her.  She obeyed and trusted the Lord to make a way in His own timing to blatantly show that it is the Lord and not her own doing. She made a way for other Armenian women to get up and boldly preach the word of Salvation to the world. God is the same yesterday, today and forevermore. If He could raise Deborahs, Esthers and Naomis in the Old Testament and Chloes and Marys
in the New Testament then HE can raise up a mighty woman after His own heart in the days we live.

It is written that ’In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.

Expanding the vision...

Revelation 3:7-13 NKJV
“And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, ‘These things says He who is holy, He who is true, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”:

“I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name. Indeed I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie—indeed I will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you. Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown. He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name. “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ’

Where we are headed...

We are headed down the narrow road which leads us straight to the
Kingdom of God to spend eternity with our Savior and Lord Jesus.
Though we all fail at times, we will continue to walk daily in sanctification toward holiness to adhere to the true image of God, which He intended for us from the beginning of time.
